Initial Comments:
A validation survey was conducted on July 26, 2022, to determine compliance with the requirements of the 42 CFR Part 483, Subpart D Regulations for Emergency Preparedness in Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facilities. At the time of the survey there were zero consumers present. The processing of the validation was delayed due to there being zero consumers present during the validation (plans were in place to use this facility). There were no deficiencies identified.
On December 16, 2022 a new attestation was forwarded along with a detailed account outlining the presence of 20 consumers between the timeframe of August 6, 2022 to October 24, 2022.
